2015 Pro/Am Update

Listed below are more hotels near Paris (45 min away)

Special 10 am shoot times - See Below

Our second event at Phenix City / Uchee Creek had 1,716 registered shooters and 1,672 scores posted. Despite the gloomy forecast the weather cooperated which allowed everyone to enjoy a great weekend. Hopefully the weather in Paris will also cooperate and we’ll see record numbers in Texas!

The Pro Classes will shoot their first competition round on Friday and we will hold the Pro Pressure Point ShootDown Saturday night. We will have the Scottie Norrell Team Shoot with Pro partners on Thursday hosted by Lamar County with an entry fee of $15.00 which includes lunch and a full Team Shoot payback. Friday will feature the amateur only Team Shoot.

The annual Red River Shoot Out for Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas will be held Saturday night immediately following the Pro Shoot Down. Anyone shooting the Team Shoots on Thursday or Friday from these three states can have their score qualify to be on their state’s team in their class.

The Bow Novice Class is the only class we are currently scheduling for two rounds on Saturday. As posted in the Tour Guide when classes are scheduled for both rounds on Saturday they will have the option of shooting their first round at 2:00pm on Friday and their second round at 8:00am on Saturday. Due to this Friday option all 30 yard class competitors may also elect the Friday / Saturday option.

There will be a special 10:00 AM Saturday start time for the Women’s Open A, Women’s K-45, Senior Open, Unlimited, Open B, Senior Known, Known 45, Women’s Open B, Women’s Known 40, Senior Hunter, Crossbow, Young Adult Male and Hunter classes. This will allow for a better flow of shooters on and off the ranges.

We look forward to seeing you there,

Mike
